GALLERY 2010-11 
Visitors 
This term we have been visited by Sandra Spence from Marie Curie who presented us with daffodil bulbs for our Field of Hope after we raised £455 through our Marie Curie fundraiser. 
Jill Eccleson, environmental education officer with Dungannon Council visited to advise our Eco Club on composting and recycling. She visited again this month to present the Eco Club with an additional blue bin to help us recycle more paper and card. 
This term Tyrone GAA star Conor Gormley is coaching our P6 & 7 class. He was delighted to be able to get a sneak preview of our new website! 
Representatives from Blytheswood Care collected our Christmas shoeboxes to give others a happy Christmas. 
Our Parent Support Group organised for the Action Cancer Big Bus to visit the school to carry out health checks for the local community. 
Local author, Emma Heatherington and local historian, Patricia Bogue visited school for a creative writing workshop with our P6 & 7 class and P5-7 from Donaghmore PS. 
Trips 
Teddy Bear Clinic - Our Primary 1 & 2 children recently brought their Teddies to a Teddy Bear Clinic at South Tyrone Hospital. 
In November P6 & 7 were invited to W5 for the final of Belfast Harbour Green Teacher of Year 2010 Award ....won by Mrs McGauley!!! 
In March P6 & 7 returned to W5 for the Ulster Orchestra Recycled orchestra project.

Sports 
This term we have had hurling, Gaelic football, gymnastics, fundamental skills and swimming. 
After school we have also had soccer and netball. 
Performances 
November's assembly was performed by P3 & 4 and was about Festivals. 
October's Assembly was performed by Primary 5. They informed us of firework safety.
